According to the results published in The Lancet Medical Journal, the AZD1222 test vaccine was developed by AstraZeneca (UK-Sweden) and Oxford University (UK) to produce safe results and create antibodies in humans in the early stages of clinical trials.
Specifically, the AZD1222 vaccine did not cause serious side effects, producing stable antibodies and T-cell immune responses. This test was conducted in more than 1,000 adults in the UK.
